Get to Know Me

Alice Christman brings a thoughtful approach to real estate operations, client experience, and brand stewardship. With more than 20 years of experience across public service, design, and marketing, she is known for balancing strategic rigor with refined taste to create seamless, well-considered experiences.

Before joining Advisory Partners, Alice built her career at the intersection of public service, brand leadership, and operations. She held senior roles in marketing and operations at a nationally respected environmental nonprofit and within a county land-use and planning office.

At Advisory Partners, Alice manages operations, marketing, and client engagement with a discerning eye. She believes the best experiences feel effortless, personal, and quietly confident.

In her free time, Alice can be found racing sailboats on the Chesapeake Bay and enjoying the art and food that make Washington, DC such a compelling place to live.
